Stephen is a senior leadership consultant, executive coach, facilitator and performance acceleration specialist with over 20 years of experience in delivering bottom line results for senior leaders with Fortune 500 companies, subject matter experts at leading institutions, entrepreneurs and small businesses. He is an experienced entrepreneur, a published author on workforce motivation, Founder of @Stake Performance —a coaching and consulting firm that achieves game-changing performance breakthroughs for individuals and teams by decoding root-level factors and creating systems for behavior alignment and sustaining next-level results, and Creator of i@ccel Performance Accelerator™ – a cloud based, innovative process for developing and aligning next-level performance for leaders and teams.
Background
Prior to his current positions, he built an internationally successful company (BodyGlide), developed and managed international teams, and was a Co-Founder in a behavioral assessment technology firm where he partnered with Korn Ferry International to assess over 1 million leaders as well as recruit, develop and retain senior executives with the most influential companies worldwide. Over the years he has played a direct hand in the transformation and retention of key leaders and high performing teams as well helping companies generate 100’s of millions in annual revenue and achieve targeted successes.

Stephen coaches, trains, facilitates and advises middle to C-level leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs and teams across industries, including healthcare, technology, finance, consumer goods and real estate, and across languages and cultures, from USA to Asia and Europe to the Middle East.
